Established in 1986 as a private, not-for-profit health services organization, Piedmont Columbus Regional’s roots date back to 1836 when the local hospital was a small wooden building on the banks of the Chattahoochee River. It has grown to become the region’s health care leader, offering compassionate care and an unwavering commitment to the residents of the region through its various facilities, programs and services.

Piedmont Columbus Regional includes two hospitals – Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown Campus and Piedmont Columbus Regional Northside Campus. The system also includes the John B. Amos Cancer Center, Columbus Regional Medical Group with multiple locations, two MyCare Urgent Care Centers and three retail pharmacies.
