The Bristol Police Department assumes a leadership role in the promotion of public safety through a problem-solving approach.
Working in cooperation with Bristol residents and in partnership with other public and private agencies, we work together to keep Bristol New England’s outstanding “community by the sea”.
The Bristol Police Department is dedicated to the prevention of crime and disorder, reducing citizen fear of crime, providing for the safe and efficient flow of traffic, engaging the community in a variety of activities, and improving the quality of life of all members of the community.
