We’re a non-profit 501(c)3 organization with a 7-member Board of Directors. Our Board consists of local community leaders and business professionals who represent the Piedmont Triad, and is majority d/Deaf.
CSDHH is proud of our service history providing sign language interpreting and real-time captioning services to ensure that folks are not left out of the conversation.
In addition to our daily scheduling of communication access services, we also established the Evans-Melton Communication Access Fund to make sure that Deaf individuals have communication access in situations not covered by the ADA or other laws, such as at weddings and funerals – at no cost.
