New Hampshire State Fire Marshal's Office

The NH State Fire Marshal’s Office is responsible for protecting the public and working with the state’s fire service through coordinated efforts in education, engineering and enforcement. These include code enforcement, educating the public and our partners, and fire incident investigation. These efforts reduce the loss of life and property due to fire, building collapse, explosive incidents, and other emergencies in the State of New Hampshire, which contributes to the economic viability of the State.
