The O’Fallon Fire Protection District was organized in 1906 and has developed into a fire department consisting of 4 stations manned 24 hours a day, and one volunteer station serving the St. Paul area.

The Fire District has an Insurance (I.S.O.) Town Class 4 Rating in all areas having hydrants. Its highly motivated and dedicated staff of 71 paid employees, 15 reserve firefighters and 15 junior firefighters serve a residential population of well over 85,000 people in an area of 67 square miles.

This area includes most of the city limits of O’Fallon, all of St. Paul, portions of Dardenne Prairie, Lake St. Louis and St. Peters, as well as several square miles of unincorporated St. Charles County. The O’Fallon Fire Protection District is the fastest growing fire district in Missouri according to state officials.
