Jefferson City Housing Authority

The mission of the Housing Authority of the City of Jefferson (JCHA), Missouri is to provide decent, safe, affordable housing, without discrimination, for low-income individuals or families, persons with disabilities, and the elderly.

The Housing Authority administers several Federal Programs like Public Housing, Multi-family Project-based Assistance, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties, and the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8 Vouchers) program.  Public Housing includes Dulle Towers, Linden Court, Stepping Stone Village, Vista Homes, Vista View, and Vista Valley Apartments.  Other properties owned and managed by JCHA include housing for the Elderly, Disabled, and Families (a family can be one individual).
