Amen Center, a transitory shelter, is tailored to provide food, clothing and assistance in finding work for those in need. In addition, it provides an opportunity for students to study the scriptures. Amen Center has provided help for those experiencing a variety of problems.
Sometimes individuals and/or families experience difficult economic situations and just need assistance to get back on their feet. In other cases, problems with alcoholism, addictions, medical and/or legal problems cause hardships. However, a person need not be a Christian to come to the center. In conclusion, it is expected they behave in a way that respects the progress of others at the facility and not become a stumbling-block to them.
