The mission of the Vassar Fire Department is to protect the lives and the property within the department’s jurisdiction by providing fire prevention services, fire suppression, rescue, and other emergency related services as efficiently as possible.
The Fire Department responds to emergency alarms (24 hours a day) out of the fire station located in the City of Vassar, staffed by volunteer Firefighters.
