Exterior Housing Rehabilitation grants are available to a low-to moderate income family to make needed improvements to the exterior of an owner-occupied property located within the City limits of Port Huron. The program is a five (5) year deferred payment loan, however no repayment is required as long as all program requirements are adhered to.
Elderly Repair Program funds are available to low-to moderate income seniors (age 62 and over) to make needed exterior and/or interior repairs of their owner-occupied property located within the City limits of Port Huron.
