Family Promise of the Lakeshore

Family Promise of the Lakeshore is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, independently affiliated with the national organization founded in 1988  and comprised of 200 affiliates in more than 40 states (www.familypromise.org). This model brings diverse communities together to address family homelessness by providing shelter and hospitality in church facilities and casework support services, life skills classes, and other support at the Day Center.  

Family Promise of the Lakeshore began serving homeless families in November of 2009. We partner with the community to bring warm meals to our residents. There is a volunteer opportunity for everyone.
