Heart and Hands is a Christian based non-profit agency organized to meet emergency needs of those living within the Eaton Rapids Public School District founded in 1981. Applicants must live within the Eaton Rapids Public School District and meet the USDA’s current income eligibility guidelines.
We are supported through generous donations from individuals, churches, local businesses, community organizations and several foundations, such as the Greater Lansing Food Bank.
In addition to food, Heart and Hands supplies some hygiene items.
