The formation of Partners for Community (PfC) in 1997 has paved the way for a time of greater efficiency, service quality, and positive outcomes in the delivery of social programs across the affiliates’ service areas.

The purpose of collaboration of non-profit organizations is to mobilize and leverage community resources for a major impact on difficult social issues.  Partners for Community affiliate agencies experience operational independence and autonomy combined with the benefits of membership in a stable organizational partnership serving community interests and the growth of each affiliate.

PfC delivers a variety of administrative functions in a cost-efficient manner so that its human service affiliate agencies can deliver more effective social programs to their communities. While the specific missions and areas of expertise of PfC’s affiliates differ, they are linked by the common goal of enabling program participants to live with dignity and self-sufficiency.
