Eagle is a beautiful town nestled between the Boise foothills and the Boise River just west of the capital city. Our fire protection district spans 92 square miles, encompassing all of Eagle along with parts of unincorporated areas of Ada, Gem and Boise Counties. There are about 38,000 people living in our district.

From structure and wildland fires to swift water rescues, medical emergencies to vehicle crashes, our experienced crews respond to and manage a variety of calls for help each day. Each member of our crews is trained as a firefighter and emergency medical technician. In addition to emergency responses, we work closely with business owners, schools and community groups to educate members of the community about fire dangers and safety skills – giving them the tools they need to reduce the risk of fire and other hazards that threaten lives and property.

Members of Eagle Fire are proud to be part of the community and are committed to keeping families here safe. We are a progressive agency using the latest training and technology along with strong partnerships with other local, state and federal agencies to continually improve our skills and provide the highest level of service.
