The Christian Service Center is the Sacred Heart Catholic Church outreach program, established in September 1984. The Center belongs to our parishioners who provide financial and commodities support. It is currently staffed with 35 – 40 volunteers.
Our Mission is to provide crisis-oriented assistance to families and individuals in the North Houston County area with basic needs of food, rent, clothing, utilities, prescriptions, etc., regardless of race, creed, nationality, status or gender.
Financial assistance is offered once a year. Food assistance is available every two months.
