We assist at-risk individuals and families who are in need and/or crisis situations with various services. We also provide programs to help people move beyond crisis toward self sufficiency and to become transformative agents of positive change in our city.
As a constant and active presence of the Catholic Church in one of the neediest neighborhoods of Albany, Georgia, we seek to live out Gospel values, to recognize and respond to the person of Jesus in our sisters and brothers, and thus be part of the reign of God in our midst.
