NWBH is a private, not-for-profit, 501c(3) corporation, chartered by the State of Florida in April 1992. We are accredited by Commission Accreditation Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF). Additionally, we are state certified as a mental health agency and licensed by The Florida Department of Children and Families as a provider for substance abuse treatment.
Missions Statement
NWBH enhances the quality of life for underserved youths, adults and families experiencing mental health disorders, social maladjustment and other at-risk behaviors. NWBH seeks to empower these individuals to live meaningful and productive lives in the community through the provision of comprehensive behavioral and integrated health services.
