The Windham Region No Freeze Project is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to the short and long-term survival of adults experiencing homelessness in our community. We reconnect people to stable housing, divert those at-risk from ever entering shelter, provide safe, temporary shelter when needed, and re-establish connections to the community and to human services. We collaborate on state and local initiatives that strive to end homelessness in Connecticut.
