Housing Solutions for the Southwest

Serving Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, and San Juan Counties Since 1981. We operate multiple housing related programs to help people in Southwest Colorado who are struggling to meet their basic housing needs.

Programs include rental assistance voucher program, transitional living programs, emergency homeless prevention, housing counseling for qualifying individuals or families.

We have multiple programs for people of different income levels including credit counseling, weatherization services and housing rehabilitation. Depending on income, these services may be at no cost or be through a low-interest loan.
