Denver Health has been treating and healing the people of Denver for more than 160 years since its founding in 1860 to serve the health care needs of the community. Since then, we have grown alongside the community to become a complete health care system, proudly providing care for all residents — at every point in their lives, from primary, specialty and acute care services such as Urgent Care, Emergency and Trauma. In addition, Denver Health delivers broad care across the community through the Denver Health Paramedics, the Public Health Institute, School-based Health Centers at Denver Public Schools, the Rocky Mountain Poison and Drug Safety center, and more.
