KPHI develops, owns and manages housing for low-income individuals and families, senior citizens, and supportive housing for special needs adults on the Kenai Peninsula. Through quality housing and effectively administered programs, KPHI and its partners offer tenants a solid foundation on which to improve overall quality of life. Communities desiring healthy families and a stable workforce must have a sufficient supply of quality housing options. Stable, affordable housing allows families to establish long-term community involvement, children to attend a singular school system and for elders to maintain vital links to their community.
