The Seoul Bar Association is carrying out various projects to provide better access to quality legal services. We operate a criminal on-duty lawyer system to prevent human rights violations that may arise due to illegal arrests or harsh acts, and help people solve legal problems closely related to their daily lives through legal consultation activities.
In addition, we are continuously carrying out activities such as the Civil Small Claims Litigation Support Lawyers Group, the Lawyers Honorary Teachers System, and the Small and Medium Business Advisory Lawyers Group to protect the rights and interests of the people, and we will respond strongly to violations of the Attorneys-at-Law Act so that the people can fully guarantee their right to receive assistance from lawyers.
