The Negros Occidental Rehabilitation Foundation, Inc. (NORFI) is a non-stock, non-profit organization formed in 1982 to lead in providing integrated and comprehensive rehabilitative care and services to all persons with disabilities.
The Foundation’s primary strategy in the effective implementation of rehabilitative services is the Community-Based Rehabilitation program, which is linked to the services provided at the Negros Occidental Rehabilitation Center (NORC).
NORFI aims to establish a network of experts that would provide rehabilitative services, conduct manpower training, researches and advocacy activities to achieve full participation and equal opportunities for persons with disabilities.
