Shekinah Home, located in Barangay Cali, Dingras, Ilocos Norte, is a shelter established in 2015 to provide custodial care for orphans, abused, and abandoned children. As of May 2022, the facility accommodates up to 20 children, with 11 currently under its care. In May 2022, the Ilocos Norte government formalized a partnership with Shekinah Home to enhance social welfare services for these vulnerable children.
