To embrace and protect the abandoned and neglected children without primary caregivers, enabling them to regain the damaged self and resolve negative feelings of anger and hopelessness as a result of poverty, neglect, and violence, developing their potentials and improving their abilities and thus become effective promoters of social justice and peace.
