1. Provision of general hospital curative/rehabilitative service such as but not limited to: in patient, out patient, emergency, ancillary and support services such as laboratory, imagining and pharmacy for the sick, injured as well as maternity, newborn and child care.
2. Support implementation of public health (preventive) programs.
3. Provision of education, training, learning, and development for healthcare provider.
4. Participate in ethical research
