The National Institute for Vocational Training and Capacity Building for Human Development (INADEH) was created as an autonomous institution. It is the state’s governing body for vocational training, job training, and business management training. It promotes a culture of training for life and work.

Develop a national vocational and technical training system for Panamanian human resources in productive occupations required for the country’s sustainable development, with a team committed to providing quality, equitable training services tailored to the needs of our users and the community.
Vision
By 2030, INADEH will be a leader in vocational and technical training in Panama as a provider of training services, providing skilled labor to the productive sectors and society, with a high level of educational excellence recognized nationally and internationally.
