Pitchon Lev’s mission is to break the vicious cycle of poverty for disadvantaged families and youth in Israel. We accomplish this objective through two venues: humanitarian aid and ‘The Touching the Horizon” 7 Year Educational and Empowerment” Program for Youth at Risk in Israel.
