Mission
Protect, protect and serve the community in providing protection for the entire nation and providing a sense of security to all citizens as well as encouraging cultural progress that reflects the nation’s personality; as well as upholding a legal system that is free of corruption, dignified and trustworthy and guarantees the achievement of a sustainable environment
The President’s (JP) promises to the National Police are:
- law enforcement against crimes of thuggery, environment, drugs, money laundering, radicalism, terrorism and intolerance as well as PPA;
- increasing synergy and cooperation between law enforcement agencies and the TNI;
- developing the professionalism and welfare of Polri members, bureaucratic reform to suppress the culture of corruption and excessive actions or excessive violence
