Institute of Psychological & Educational Research (IPER), is an outcome of the untiring efforts of its workers and unstinting help of its patrons and well wishers. IPER is a voluntary and non-profiting organisation and is recognised by both Central and State Government. Working for 46 years with the underprivileged communities in the city of Kolkata and around.
IPER is committed to the development and promotion of the vulnerable children & women. It committed to create an organisation that is safe for children. It also advocates a Zero tolerance policy towards abuse of children in all its forms. IPER also promotes gender equality and inclusiveness in its work.
All programme that IPER undertakes is based on the principle of Child Rights as declared in the UN Convention of Child Rights 1989.
Our projects focus on education as a tool of all development. Besides this we also provide other developmental services like health care and nutritional supplementation, capacity building and capacity development.
