Kaakkum Karangal a social service oriented entity, founded in Feb. 1992, has as its main aim to give solace to forsaken destitutes who long for food, shelter and clothes.
We admit such abandoned senior citizens of either sex above 60 years give them shelter, food and clothes at free of cost and medical aid and perform the last rites to the departed. Above all we give them love and respect which has been denied to them. We help them to feel their right place in society and live their last days with honour.
In our endeavor, we look forward to the benevolent, broad minded people of society to involve themselves and help us to carry out our mission by donating not only money but also clothes, provisions, vessels and medicine.
