St Matthew’s Anglican Church

St Matthew’s Anglican Church is an international, English language church in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The people who come to St Matthew’s are from countries all over the world, and from many different denominational backgrounds.

St Matthew’s Anglican Church in Addis Ababa, aims to be:

• a church rooted in Christ, built on firm biblical foundations and inspired by its worship and teaching to listen attentively to God, care for one another and show loving concern for the poor
• a church where everyone is encouraged and expected to continue learning and growing in Christ
• an inclusive, outward looking church, where everyone is important and everyone has a part to play
