The León Becerra Hospital, located south of the city of Guayaquil (Eloy Alfaro and Bolivia), provides comprehensive health services to the low-income community through outpatient, emergency, observation, hospitalization (General Rooms and pensioners), Central of surgeries (5 operating rooms), Intensive care unit, laboratory, National Center for Strabismus, Comprehensive Center for Lip Fissures, Center for Physiatry and Dental Center. The hospital was rated by Certified Green Partners in October 2014 as the first ecological hospital in Latin America.
