Lifeline Queensland is committed to bringing hope to Australians doing it tough. Part of a trusted national charity and network, we’re driven by the belief that Australian lives lost to suicide can be prevented. There are around 750 lives lost to suicide every year in Queensland. Through our state-wide footprint and the compassionate offer of support, we can save lives and provide hope to those in need.
You can shop our 120+ Lifeline op shops across Queensland and Tweed Heads (excluding Darling Downs) for donated goods such as clothing, books, furniture, bric-a-brac and homewares. By purchasing pre-loved, quality items from our shops you’re giving a second life to each item you buy. That means fewer items headed to landfill. We’ve also added some new homewares and accessories into shops – so you can pick up some gifts as you thrift. All of which helps to support people across Australia when they need it most, because profits from our shops go toward our 13 11 14 Crisis Support Line and suicide prevention services. Shopping at Lifeline is an active step in bringing hope to people in every corner of Queensland.
