ASCC is a human service agency providing mental health and substance abuse counseling for the Central Michigan area. We are easily accessible for people living in Clare, Gladwin, Gratiot, Isabella, Mecosta, Midland, Montcalm and Osceola counties.
We provide a variety of services, including substance abuse assessment for lawyers and courts, as well as alcohol education classes.
