Wings of The Harbor is a transitional living program that provides shelter for homeless or potentially homeless youth between the ages 18 – 21.
Our Mission
The mission of Wings is to provide shelter, skills training and support services to homeless youth ages 18 through 21 for a continuous period not to exceed 18 months and to offer services necessary to assist homeless youth in developing both the skills and personal characteristics needed to enable them to live independently.
