Family Resource Center, Inc. (FRC), formerly Women’s Resource Center, is a private non- profit agency that was incorporated in 1981 to establish a programs and services for victims of crime in the US Virgin Islands. Our services began in 1986 with the opening of our emergency shelter for women and children. Since that time, FRC has expanded services to meet the needs of all victims of crime. All services are offered at no cost to the clients.
