At Little River Medical Center, we strive to offer exceptional health services and deliver quality, compassionate care to everyone. We are accepting new patients with Medicaid, Medicare, most commercial insurances, and those who are uninsured. For those without insurance, our staff can assist you with enrollment in a qualified health plan or our sliding fee program.
We provide quality care at six sites located in Horry County, South Carolina including Carolina Forest, Little River, Myrtle Beach, Loris, and Surfside Beach/Burgess area, also known as our South Strand location. Our services go beyond primary care and include assistance for our communities’ most vulnerable individuals and families in overcoming barriers which can affect their well-being and quality of life.
