Lima Department of Housing and Neighborhoods

We strive to improve the quality of life in Lima’s neighborhoods. Our work includes housing repair, creation, and preservation of affordable housing, fostering home-ownership, and federal funding oversight. This important work is undertaken with many nonprofit partners and neighborhood organizations.

Housing Programs

Housing programs provide first time homeowner training and down payment assistance, and offer low interest rehabilitation loans and emergency repair grants for qualified homeowners.
