Cape Fear Clinic provides compassionate and affordable patient-centered healthcare to low income individuals and families in the Cape Fear region regardless of ability to pay.
Cape Fear Clinic is a charitable clinic with on site medical, pharmacy, and mental health services. We serve adults in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, and Columbus Counties who are uninsured and have incomes of no more than 300% of Federal Poverty Guidelines or have Medicaid. Our general business hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. All clinical services are provided by appointment only.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Cape Fear Clinic actively seeks foundation support, grants, and individual donations to support the work we do. We have a small, dedicated staff of medical, mental health, pharmacy, and support professionals who strive to provide the best possible care to our patients, supported by our dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly assisting our operations.
