St. John's/ St. Ann's Outreach Center

St. John’s/St. Ann’s Outreach Center has provided our neighbors in the South End with emergency supplemental food and various other essential services for over 40 years. The Center, located in a former firehouse, is an outreach ministry of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany.

The mission of St. John’s/St. Ann’s Outreach Center is to respond with compassion and care to all our neighbors in need regardless of race, creed, sex, national orgin, age, disease, handicap or lifestyle. To implement our mission we provide food, furniture, outreach referrals, holiday and special programs through the generous efforts of our supporters and dedicated volunteers.
