COTS’ Emergency Shelter operates at capacity throughout the year, providing services for more than 900 men, women and children daily.
COTS provide housing to homeless families and children in the City of Detroit. Emergency shelter for families, supportive services, mobility coaching, child care, long term housing and safe transitional housing for families.
