Established in 1970, the Floyd Training and Service Center is a private, non-profit corporation and a contract agency with the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. We provide services for adults, over the age of 21 with a diagnosis of developmental disabilities. We are accredited by the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission (CARF) for employment services and community services. Here individuals develop skills that will lead them to greater self-sufficiency in their homes and in their community.
Mission: To provide quality supports in a manner necessary for each individual to become independent, self-determining, and integrated into the community.
Vision: Every individual who receives our services leads a quality life with dignity and respect.
