Idol Care Service

The government provides a childcare program in which a childcare giver visits to take care of children aged 12 or under for double-income families that do not have sufficient time for child-rearing. The program aims to reduce parents’ child-rearing burden and to close the gaps in facility childcare coverage.

To enhance quality of life for families, the program provides childcare service and secures children’s safety at the child’s home considering the individual family’s characteristics and the child’s development. If temporary service is required due to a business trip or overtime work, or if it is difficult to use childcare facilities due to a child’s illness, the program helps parents to manage both work and family.
